Shipping Policy

Orders over $250.00 before tax are eligible for free shipping to most locations in Canada.

 

If your shipment arrives damaged, we require you to email us a photograph showing the detail of the damage. We will need this for our insurance and we may require you to send the package back. If the product was damaged by the shipper, we will ship a replacement or refund your credit card.

Shipping can take 1-21 days depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number. This number will give you up to date information on your package and the anticipated delivery date.

 

We offer free local collection in Victoria BC. Please email us to arrange a pickup time.

Return & Exchange Policy

We really hope you love your harness, but should you wish to make a return or exchange please email info@cagedco.ca

Please handle our leather products with care. We are not able to refund or exchange items which are not in pristine condition meaning they are unused, unworn & in original packaging.

Please include your full name, address & order number when contacting us.

Returns over 21 days from receipt will not be accepted.
